The Three Little Brachiosaurs was created for Joy Chu’s Illustrating Books for Children class at UCSD Extension. The text is based on Lucy Cousins’ The Three Little Pigs. Our assignment was to replace all the characters with animals of our choosing, and create a complete 20-page book dummy. Starting from the text only, we designed the characters, worked out all the page breaks, and produced an accordion-style book dummy, all in the span of two weeks.
